Wastewater Solutions & Design was started by Russell Williams in 2005 as an On-Site wastewater consulting firm but due to an economic recession morphed into a more hands on company that catered to the real estate and home building industry. We are a small company that has over 31 years of experience in the public and private sector.

 

Russell Williams has 20 years experience in enforcing North Carolina Septic and Well Rules for local County Environmental programs working in the On-site septic and well programs to ensure septic and well systems were designed and installed properly. Our primary commitment is to deliver a service in  a professional and courteous manner while following all State guidelines.
